1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 78jili ("78jili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 78jili online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at 78jili.app and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimized versions thereof.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on 78jili, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 78jili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is consistent with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) governing online gaming in the Philippines. 78jili strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 78jili or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 78jili platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

78jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the 78jili platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change. 78jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you notify 78jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 78jili platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit applies under standard account conditions, subject to payment provider limits.
• Accepted payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash-in. 78jili does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal verification: 78jili reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Players must withdraw to a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso. 78jili does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant account balances in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

78jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One bonus per player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Game contributions: Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• Abuse prevention: 78jili reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Modification and withdrawal: 78jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have accepted a bonus in good faith.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 78jili platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on each game's information page.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 78jili's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. 78jili's decision on all game outcomes is final and binding.

Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault before a round is completed, 78jili will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, the wager for the interrupted round will be refunded to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 78jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to 78jili support immediately
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended)
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward 78jili staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 78jili platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 78jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 78jili platform without prior written consent from 78jili.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 78jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

78jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 78jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

78jili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Responsible Gaming

78jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account

• Player-initiated self-exclusion requests

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, 78jili reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance where such balance is reasonably attributable to prohibited conduct. In all other cases of account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification procedures.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 78jili's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

78jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 78jili will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 78jili platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
